























Nutritional Consultation - 3 appointment consultation
When you sign on as a new client we will need to do a 2 part initial consultation and a follow up consultation as a minimum. This takes between 3 weeks and a month or so depending on scheduling. This is a full nutrition and lifestyle analysis, interpretation and recommendations package. It will require a certain amount of commitment from you in terms of time and effort in order to be effective, and I will discuss this in greater detail with you in the free 15 minute consultation before we start.
I will also detail consultation prerequisites. This usually consists of a booking form, client confidentiality form, a short health questionnaire including sleep, stress and movement information, as well as a 5 to 7 day digital food & lifestyle diary using a digital app called Libro (included in the package cost). If you prefer to do a paper based food & activity diary you can, but I find the digital ones are more accurate and clients log their food better using one.
Package includes: pre-consultation planning and information gathering / 2 x 2 hour initial consultations / recommendations on any referrals or external testing, dietitian or medical consultations required prior to starting protocol / food logging app to use on your phone / full dietary & lifestyle analysis, interpretation & recommendations report
Additional services not included that can be added: personal menu plan / private online cooking class on your menu plan / 4 x weekly coaching support calls (30 mins 1st call then 15 minutes) / 1 x follow up consultations / 4 quick ‘call me anytime’ mentoring calls / Fixed established client rate for any additional consultations.
FYI: as a guide it takes me approx 8 hours to do a full initial analysis and recommendations report, plus 2 to 4 hours additional work following each consultation, plus the time for each consultation, so the package represents on average 20 hours of my time.
