Plant Based Eating 2 day Retreat

Learn the essentials of tasty, healthy & satisfying plant based eating. This course is ideal for vegetarians, vegans, those who eat a mainly plant based diet and those transitioning to plant based eating.

Discover new recipes and learn how to easily adapt your cooking. Discover pro shopping and stocking tips and learn how to shop & prep for the week, and how to eat at work or traveling. Ill show you how to make essential fridge and store cupboard basics that will save you time and money, a few dinner party show stoppers and understand how to adapt plant based menus for family & friends.

With an emphasis on ensuring you meet your nutritional needs, I'll teach you the basics of nutrition when eating mainly or 100 % plant based (covering both vegetarian and vegan dietary needs) then move onto more advanced nutritional advice.

There will be morning and afternoon classes and I'll take the time to discuss with each of you your personal health, food preferences and health goals and advise you on ways you can aim to maximise your nutrition that is appropriate to both your age and stage of life.

Max 6 in a group.

Location: Saint Gervais les Bains

Dates: see below

Included: all teaching, ingredients, tea, coffee & soft drinks and 3 dinners.

Optional extras: wine & beers / lunches / massage / yoga session / thermal spa visit etc

Lunches: can be booked in St Gervais, self catered in the chalet, or box lunches can be ordered.

Residential Option: this course can be residential or non-residential. To stay in the guest appartment at the chalet please also purchase the accomodation add on below for an additional fee of €75 per night per room. 3 Double rooms & 2 twin rooms available. Arrive early or stay extra nights after the course. Non participating partners or friends welcome.
