Most of us know the best way to 'break our fast' isn't with simple carbohydrates like cereals, sweet pastries or toast and jams, so join me to learn how to pimp your breakfasts.

This fast & furious demo will show you how to transform your breakfast routine with these 3 nutritionally supercharged breakfasts. This class includes eating breakfast together at the end and a print out to take home.

Learn how eating a good balance of fat, protein and carbohydrate at breakfast could have a wide range of positive impacts such as improving blood sugar balance, mood and concentration. I'll show you how to get in a good routine so it doesn't take too much time, energy, money or effort to eat a nutrient dense and tasty breakfast that should keep us full till lunch, and could help us reduce our cravings for more sugary and starchy foods throughout the day.

Note: lessons are normally a combination of demonstration, information and interaction - but this is a speed demo. It is based on the 4 hour Hack my breakfast course, so if you want to do a class where you get to be involved in the cooking then please sign up to that one instead.
